"THAT'S MORTALS FOR YOU, Death continued. THEY'VE ONLY GOT A FEW YEARS IN THIS WORLD AND THEY SPEND THEM ALL IN MAKING THINGS COMPLICATED FOR THEMSELVES. FASCINATING."
— Terry Pratchett, Book: Mort
Hi, I'm Christine. I’ve spent my career watching people prove Pratchett right, and finding better ways to help them work, no matter what my title is.
TL;DR: Short on time? View my Snapshot for a quick look at my tech stack, career history, and education.
I help teams work better together by organizing chaos. I’m a builder who finds where things are getting stuck, creates a plan to fix them, and then actually builds the tools and processes to make it happen.
My diverse background gave me a broad perspective that I apply to projects through three lenses:
- The User: My time in customer-facing roles means I build for people, not robots. If a process isn't easy to use, the team won't adopt it, and the solution fails.
- The Data: My analyst side makes sure everything I build is clean and structured. I don't just organize chaos, I make sure that workflows produce the integrity needed for high-level reporting in tools like Looker.
- The Build: As a solutions engineer, I learned to be hands-on. I don’t just suggest a strategies. I use no-code and automation to turn an idea into a working, scalable system.
I don’t automate for the sake of it. Whether working with remote or hybrid teams, I believe systems must be intentional. I build to remove blockers so that people can get back to the work that actually matters.
A few things I’ve done:
800 Annual Hours Reclaimed
EasyPost • Monday.com Ecosystem Architecture
Replaced a messy web of 9 platforms with Monday.com for 85 users. It saved about 1200 hours of manual work a year and gave leadership real-time visibility via Looker. Current monthly adoption is at 94%, which means we aren't wasting budget on unused seats.
90% Faster Project Turnaround
Robert Half Legal • Process Standardization & Training
Led process improvements for analytics workflows. By creating standardized intake forms, billing guidelines, and trainings, I reduced client project turnaround time from 72 hours down to 8. More importantly, I scaled the team’s capability, growing the number of qualified team members from 2 to 6.
80% Faster Release Cycle
GoDaddy • Product Documentation
Sped up the publication of new product release docs by 80%. I created a repeatable system that streamlined the transition from engineering to product to customer-facing support.
Let’s build something better.
